Replies are closedits bs, thats the answer. activision bans accounts for cheating and they update their detection. any claim of 100% safe is a sales line
so is there anything that actually changes the odds?
a few general things. use a product thats actively maintained, dont install random free stuff from forums, dont run it on an account you care about, and dont play like a lunatic. nobody gets caught watching a guy with a normal looking game, people get reported for 40 kill nukes in 6 minutes

also check whether the seller says anything about status or updates. a page that is quiet about updates is a red flag for me — the cheat safety FAQ is a good baseline
