Banned in the MW4 beta, how does a hardware ban work and what are people doing about it?

Replies are closedpossibly. a hardware ban ties the ban to identifiers from your machine, not just your account. making a new account alone often doesnt fix it
so thats why my alt got flagged instantly
yeah thats the classic symptom. thats where an HWID spoofer comes into the conversation, it changes what identifiers the game sees. its a tool, not magic, and it only matters if the ban is hardware based

not every ban is. account only bans are different. the error or the way the new account gets flagged is a hint but i cant tell you for sure from here
dont buy anything until you know what kind of ban it is. and be careful, a spoofer doesnt protect you from getting banned again if you keep doing the same thing — ban support can help you sort it out
